His professional background includes consulting and administration for employee benefit plans, including retirement plans, health and welfare plans, Section 125 and other reimbursement plans, and COBRA.

Jania brings more than 20 years of ERISA plan consulting to the table. Jania was appointed to NAPA’s Leadership Council in 2014. She is a regular speaker at the Plan Sponsor National Conference, as well as a contributor to many industry publications. Jania’s team won NAPA’s prestigious 401(k) Advisor Leadership Award in 2013, was a 2018 Investment News Woman to Watch, and has been featured in the Washington Post, 401(k) Wire and 401(k) Specialist Magazine.
The Steering Committee has begun the work to create the inaugural Wealth@wor(k) event agenda, which will consist of over sixty sessions, four workshops and two evening events over two days in Nashville, TN.
